    Vineyard          : The Syrah comes from a small vineyard planted in 1993, Ciliegiolo from a Vinyard planted in  2005. Sand-Clay soil.
    Vinification     : Alcoholic fermentation with wild yeast in concrete tank and malolactic fermentation in barrels.
    Aging                : 15 months in 225 litres barrels of Allier oak. Six months aging in bottle.
    To be served : 16-18℃

    2019 will be the last vintage of La Malena
