PRODUCTS
All of our wine is natural wines imported directly from the producers. All grapes are organically farmed and handpicked by its own producers, vinified with minimum human intervention, fermented with natural wild yeast, bottled with no filtration and zero or lowest SO2. They take a Journey below 14 degrees in temperature-controlled from their estate to our storage in Singapore. Please store the products in the refrigerator immediately after you've got till you drink. Please avoid sun light, leave in the room temperature which will cause of dropping the quality.
LEGAL AGE
By ordering our products, you certify to be over 18 years old, or the statutory legal age in Singapore.
PRICES
All prices are NET in Singapore Dollars, and you will be required to pay in Singapore Dollars
PAYMENT
Full payment is required to confirm your order. Payment can be made through:

DELIVERY
Orders will be processed only after we have confirmed and received the customer's payment.
We offer free delivery to one Singapore address per order, if the order total is above $250. Should the order total fall below $250, a delivery charge of $25 will incur.
REPLACEMENT
Any breakages and discrepancies should be reported to us within 24 hours. Please contact us at info@viniviventi.com. We will need to verify the condition of the goods before replacement.
Additionally, although these wines have been vetted for quality, it is possible that natural wines may experience variation due to minimal use of preservatives and chemicals, and you may experience some features that some may otherwise consider to be wine faults.
